I have been looking for this type of book for a long time a clear, simple method to guide me to make money with Airbnb. Lots of people say that these short-term rental investments are great but no one created a blueprint to make it happen. Where to start? What to do next? What to do and what to avoid? This book has it, and covered all the questions and fear I had. The chapters are well written, easy to follow and actionable in pretty much any city. I applied this book instantly and I am now investing in 2 properties, one in my hometown and one out of state. What I truly liked about the book is that it covers the entire investment cycle from identify your investment goals with Airbnb to find the right place (and what to avoid) to setting up an Airbnb to beat the competition. Lots of tangible advices.
I was excited to learn about AirBnB investing, but this book was difficult to read. Though, there weren't any glaring grammatical errors, the writing style was very difficult to read. Also, This book is rather short. I read over half of it in about an hour and a half and there wasn't a whole lot of substance to it. The author did provide useful information on how to research houses/markets for investing in AirBnB, but not much else was useful.
Itâ€™s a good place to start. I thought it would go more into detail about every process, but it wasnâ€™t the point. The point was to give tips on how to get the ball rolling with investing in Airbnb.
